You need to configure Outlook for POP3/SMTP Usage. Click on Tools -> Email Accounts and configure one account.

Reason: Yahoo POP services is commercial. Meaning, to use Yahoo with Outlook you must use the paid Plus version! Whew!
Solution: use GMail or get your OWN email address with your OWN website. How? See the video and read the info available at www.CashflowPlus.WS.
