Tell your friend, that when we get to heaven, we will be able
to "hear" colors, and" see" sounds. Your friend might already
know some of this.

You could just be honest and tell her wind has no colour to the naked eye, but it conjures up pictures in peoples minds, on a cold grey day wind is cold and unwelcoming, on a warm day, wind is beautiful and refreshing, maybe it has no colour but it does have pictures of how we as 'seeing' people think of it so maybe you can just explain what colour the sky is on the days throughout the year that we have wind.

well when u describe something cold, its blue and something hot, its red. Wind can be both these depending on the weather in question. Wind can also be dirty when it is swirling around leaves from the ground, so that may be brown...U describe a cloud like a cotton ball, soft and fluffy.. and they can feel that when they touch the cotton ball.. so when they feel a hot wind, the colour would be red and blue for a cold... does that make sense??

The wind has many colours" it is the refreshing mint as it blows through your hair,it is the cool warm blue as it blows from the south,
it is the noisy crackling green as it blows the leaves of the trees during the fall,
it is the life saving homely blue as it taked the ships back home to their families in the fishing villages..
it is the red aroma that lets you know you are free and alive as you run like the wind,,
life is for living
thanks

wind has no colour, it's invisible, like the air because it's made of air moving, we can see through it...and we know there is wind only because we feel it moving and because we see it moving leaves,trees...
it is an awkward situation when your friend is blind and asks you about colours...but don't hesitate to tell her the truth and try to explain and describe her something

Tell her that it can't be seen and that what you and her feel is the same thing.
Although it is confusing when Pocahontas asks in her song "Can you paint with all the colours of the wind?" :D

The truth. That the wind is colourless. Tell her the things that the wind carries in it. Seeds, mist, kites etc. She will know it can carry fragrances and that they can be cold and warm.

You can't see the wind, you can only feel it. It's the color of everything around you, I guess. And nothing at the same time.

Tell her that she probably knows the answer to that more than you do! We can only ever feel the wind.
