i love it too, my parents own a static caravan in skegness, where i am going on friday. i love to hear the rain beating on the roof....ahhh roll on friday!

Yeah, I have enjoyed my caravan holidays. Always stayed at a small caravan park at Hele Bay, North Devon. It was right by the beach and sea with a few pubs up the road.

I'd rather be in a tent.

The last time I was in a static caravan was at Portmadog in April and it snowed! It was freezing!

I'm not saying a tent is any warmer, but you can cuddle into your loved one in your sleeping bag for some warmth.
