My first name means either Lily (if you take the anglesised version of the jewish name) or fire (if you take the Persian derivative). I'll give you a clue, it begins with 'S'. My middle name is derived from a Celtic place name, can be either male or female depending on its ending and means the walled garden or garden with a pond. I have gone through phases of liking and disliking my name but now like it particularly when it is pronounced with a Persian accent which is very different from the 'normal'.

my name is Mia, i was named in memory of a good friend of my parents who passed away from brain cancer. i used to HATE my name when i was younger and really wanted to change it, but now that im older i like it because its unique and i think it fits me.
