It very well could be a chemical imbalance. I'd check with your doctor and tell him or her what you are experiencing. I would yahoo or google the problem first and read all I could. Sometimes age is a factor but if you are under 65 I'd check into it.

Try writing things down on a note pad, carry the note pad wherever you go. It helps you remember the important things.

Sometime it dispels things that aren't important, so that it doesn't become bogged down like a computer does when overloaded. So, it's not necessarily a bad thing, and could be a good thing.

keep a planner i have the same problem and only writting everything down helped so wherever i go my planners with me and any important info i write down
