Are we talking short term or long term memory here?
In STM the average storage time for anything you try to remember is 18-30 seconds, and holds on average 7+/- 'chunks' of information. We encode through audio and visual memory.
In LTM storage term is supposedly forever, capacity unlimited and we encode through semantics.
Anything we try to remember will decay if the information is not rehearsed (it gets complicated with lightbulb memory and the criticism of the study of memory is that we do not know information goes to the STM storage or not before being stored in LTM) so try to repeat activities or information to yourself every once in a while, to keep them fresh.
It's just a matter of retraining your mind. Try 'chunking' your information some how - you know, like acronyms for example. When I did a memory test I grouped things by colour. Hopefully that makes sense. Just continuously practice, that's all you can do in the end. It won't solve it over night, but try it regularly and I'm guessing you should see an improvement in what, a month?

Your memory is most likely better than you think, in fact you do remember some things. at the very least you can remember to walk and talk. Its also likely that some things do stick in your head like songs or your favorite flavor of ice cream. You have to try and activate your memory. Work on the things you remember the best first, then try to make the things you don't remember like the ones you do. Some people do this by making the things they need to remember into a song, others try to make a picture of what they need to remember.

Before sleeping, try to recall all your activities during the day step by step. It really helps!!
What you could also do is use 'References' to remember things. Associate something that reminds you of the thing you want to remember by it. The reference acts as a trigger.
Pneumonics also helps! ....A short cut to the list of things u want to remember. Just take the first alphabet out of the list of things and make a word...something you'd remember. It helps!!
Try it ;)

Try just keeping notes of what you do and when you do it.. And also keep notes of where you put things at so it will be easy for you to find what you need. I also think that maybe you should see a doctor about this better safe then sorry because you never know what is going on..

sometime it dispels issues that are actually not significant, so as that it does not grow to be slowed down like a working laptop or computer does whilst overloaded. So, it is not inevitably a bad undertaking, and could be a sturdy undertaking.
