If it is visit visa, how long that it takes to have it?

Africa is not one country. You will need a visa for each country you visit. Different countries will take different lengths of time, and charge different fees.

depend were you are coming from, and were do you go.
if it is tourist destination, it will take just a moment if you are from the 'right' country. in some places you need to apply and wait for days on end.
