he surrendered on Fri, Sept 8 in NY. He has been charged today Saturday Sept 9, 2006 with 8 counts including attempted aggravated murder, first-degree attempted murder and second-degree attempted murder, all in connection with the shooting of a state trooper in June.

They have already shown us that they cant do it on their own.
They need help from as many outside agencies as they can get.
It is my understanding that they have been offered help but are refusing to cooperate with agencies offering to help...
This is turning into another Eric Rudolph siuation (except Bucky is killing while hiding)

yes i hope so i live in NY and i hope that s.o.b. is shot and killed for what he has done . he should know what the officer that he killed felt like . and what the other two feel know.
