There will be many that will say that age doesn't matter and that love is all you need, and they're right, but since you are asking the question here it's very possible that maybe you do see a problem with the age difference.
If you see a problem now with the difference in your ages, that will only be more evident to you in 5 or 10 years from. In 10 you will be 32 and he will be 45 and you have to be OK with that. If you aren't OK with that, you know what you need to do.

most 22 yr olds and 35 yrs olds enjoy different things, if it's caused problems in the past it's only going to get worse. It sound evolved and mighty to say it's not a problem, but the truth is a different story

Does not matter. This happens in every couple. Just be sure you're mature and she willing to accept you.
This is why:
Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. and no rush. Boys look at 2 things, prettiness and good personality. You know what pretty is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then, don't be sad and give up like others do, maybe there's still a chance u can improve. All the best to u.

I think age will not matter if you find that you are:
1. Both respect each other's views and values
2. Feel comfortable in each other's company
3. Like to be together and enjoy each other's company
4. Miss each other often when you are apart
Your question shows your relationship is hampered by your mindset on age difference. Hence your relationship is more off than on.

Relationship success depend on several variables. Difference of age is one. But this variable only is significant when the difference is very large... if it is less than 15 years the interference of this variable should be less then 5%. So, the problem must be on the other variables...

No probably not, but are you sure that he is sincere? Men, by the time they reach 35 have matured so, that seduceing a younger woman such as yourself is quite easy, and if he is married, quite easy to hide. So yes and no to your question. I think you would be better off with someone less than 10 years older than you

no. Age has nothing to do with it. If you are a mature 22 year old, then I can see why you would be attracted to someone older. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Generally no but it also depends...it depends on how much wide the age gap is if it's..... 10-15 years it is still okay but more than that I think.....the relationship has a slim chance of growing, developing and maturing for both...although not impossible.
