If ARC=22[ A=1, C=3, R=18]
CIRCLE= 3+9+18+12+5=49

AS LENGTH OF ARC =O/360*2*22/7*R SO IT IS 4*22=88

This is my interpretation.

Arc = 22 stands of 22 degrees arc.

Circle is 380 degrees by convention.

1+18+3=22

so same is for circle..

C+I+R+C+L+E =
