XXXXXXXXXXXMy first love was named Kerry Avant. I think about him sometimes. Not as often as I used to many years ago but at least once a year I do, in March on his birthday. I mentally wish him well.

I dont think u ever forget, i'm the same but we split 12 years ago and i am in a happy loving relationship, my first love has moved away and is married yet at times i still think about him, i'm not sure why tho because i dont actually think i'd be any happier if i was with him, there is always a reason for having split up.

Shoot! I read about this in a UK magazine, I wish I could remember which one... Don't worry, I could remember the article saying that it is completely normal. One way to forget about it is to actually go meet your first love, have a little chat to update on what's been going on in each other's life, about currently life, to basically have an honest conversation with each other... that's is all that could basically get your mind off it. It's kind of the what-if factor.

No you never forget. I can still remember my first love even though the guy i am with now is the onl one for me and i wouldn't leave him for the world but the memorey of a first love never fades away !! x

No u never forget them. Still love mine to this day, but we r both with someone else now. we wud never get back together but we r the best of friends

I do yes ..but I think that is because your first 'anything' will always stick in your mind and love is one of those feelings that is way off the charts compared with others.
The fact that you are happy proves you are with the right person and that is all that matters ;)

No you don't forget them. It's not that you love them still, it's just
that they are a happy memory from our young & tender years. Those were the carefree years where, when we look back it was
almost like , fairy tale years!

No never , I still remember my first love with a girl from Jaipur in Rajasthan state in India (The Rashmi Ranka ) met in Delhi , spend few months roaming around in 1981 . We both settled with someone else,but still comes to mind , may be one day , we will meet again .
Anyway thanks to make me nostalgic.

no. even though like you i am happy i often reflect back and have to smile at the some of the fun things we did i guess you could call that the age of innocence they are good memories to hang on too!!!
