I wouldn't do it.
Even when everything seems hard, we become stronger for it. All those hours I sat crying, all the terrible things I went through made me the person I am today. I've learned to look after the weak, because I always wanted someone to look after me. I've learned to lift up the weary because I needed someone to lift me up. I've learnt to love the unloved because that was all I ever needed. Taking away those memories would take away who I am, and for all the things I don't like about myself, I know that who I am is who I am supposed to be.

Of course I would. There is no way I would chose pain and darkness over more enjoyable experiences. Forget all that learn a lesson crap. I could have learned the lessons with more positive experiences.

Poor choice.
Our artistic conscience and history as a species would be left bland and nearly worthless.
Furthermore, people who look to history when making decisions would lack examples of poor choices to aid them in their logic.

If I could travel in time I would go forward with the hope that the future would be less insane than the past or the present!
Have fun but be safe.

I wouldn't do it.
I now have an opportunity to change some things for many people.
I would not have that opportunity if I had never suffered.
Therefore to do so would be selfish.
And I am not selfish.
