You probably should elaborate on that a little bit. Do you mean the most number of VISIBLE stars? The most number of NAMED stars? The most number of BRIGHT stars? or what?
The reason I point this out is that some constellations such as Virgo, for example, do not have many bright stars, but instead have whole clusters of galaxies that can only be seen with a telescope (the stars could number into the trillions). On the other hand, some constellations, like Orion may have many bright stars, a number of dim stars and some spectacular nebula (but only a few hundred thousand stars).
I'm sure you will get some good answers, but you may need to narrow your question down a bit.
