It depends on the terms of service of the blogging service. But in general, since most blogging services allow their users a wide range of activity, using the blog as the web site for commerce shouldn't be a problem. The question is, what is the "shop" selling? If it's something legitimate, like hand-made jewellery or photos or clothes, then it shouldn't be a problem. Trying to sell pirated DVDs or software will get anyone into trouble.

no they aren't as a rule of thumb though what the terms and conditions of your blogging provider are depends on whether you can use one on your blogging spot.
