Download the missing java plug in

Update your directX.
If XP_SP2 user, see whether something is blocked in the popup blocker. there click on the yellow bar near address bar, install the s/w coming in, and try again.
Also updte your system with auto update. If doesnot work, get the file type, then google with that file extention and ask for supporting s/w. u will get it easily.
