Some might say the UK. Although the actual name of our country is: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland", our politicians have come up with a stupid wheeze where we pretend that Wales and Scotland are real countries, and they too have their own capital cities, Cardiff and Edinburgh.

In reality, what happens is that these two tiny "countries" spend a fortune on their own MPs, while also sending MPs to Westminster. Needless to say, the part of Britain that makes all the money (and where most of the Welsh and Scottish live anyway), England, pays all the money for this charade yet does not have its own Parliament.
