what is the difference between physical & logical cpu's?

physical cpu is visible we can touch it...
logincal cpu is invisible we can't see.. its only logical...

Not quite sure in what context is this question since anything imaginable in software goes to the physical CPU, but in computer terms a "physical" device is some board and circuit you can see and hold in hand and recognizable as a such device in hardware; anything that is simulated in software is "logical".

The context is probably either Runtime (Java or .Net framework or virtual systems) or Multithreading stuff.
