pls do it sincerely, avoid contact of any kind for 10 days.
by 11th day if u havn't gained a friend at least u'd have lost ur worst enemy :) and learnt to relax

cease any form of contact what so ever with the individual, this includes contact with mutual friends or anyone who may have communication with the said "worse enemy".
