Well l certainly hope he at least has a curfew.
The thought of him wandering around through neighborhoods in the dark of the night gives me the chills.

No, he can stay up as late as he wants, it's one of the perks of being president. He does have a medical advisor that will tell him he needs more sleep, but he doesn't have to listen to him.
