When turned on it comes to the home page then automatically restarts again. Unable to access to see if there is any viruses etc.

Start the computer in Safe Mode

Try booting up in safe mode, and you should be able to access your PC. To do this, press F8 when you turn the PC on, and there will be a menu. Choose 'Safe Mode",if your system will run in safe mode then reinstall the operating system your Booting problem will comletly removed and it behaves normal.

This could be a lot of things. Try safe mode as suggested above. If that doesn't work open the PC and re seat all the cards. If you do not now how to do so you may be better off taking it to your local repair shop.

Try rebooting in safe mode and running your virus scans. If you continue to have issues, I'm not sure.
