Jonny Deep did not die, and yes he will be in the 3rd movie....without him, Pirates of the Carrib would be a total BUMMER.

He didn't die, he got swallowed by the Crakin (sorry if it's misspelled), he had his sword up stabbing it so it would die and he could cut himself out of it, I guess. It sounds complicated and gross but that's what I got out of the scene.
....oh and YES he'll be back in the third movie!

Yup, Johhny dies. He gets eeaten by the krakken. I would have been sad but he is sooo coming back in the third one.
