If sex is dont right in pregnancy then no. Just make sure that your man is not putting to much prucher on your tummy.
You can keep having sex as long as you are happy to, some people have sex right till the baby is born.
One of the best way is to go doggie, Not meaning you have to take it in the bum.
Just do what feels best for you. try talking to your midwife, she (or he in this day and age) can offer help, with what is safeist for you and baby.

Nope. It is best done in a more comfortable position for the mother though (like doggie or spooning which reduces pressure on the abdomen area). But if it is done towards the end of the pregnancy with the guy ejaculating inside, it may induce pre-mature labor.

No, it is not bad for the fetus. (Unless you are having problems and your OB/Gyn tells you otherwise.) And it is good for you both physically and psychologically. It will keep you close with your partner, and it will keep your muscles strong and actually help when it comes time to deliver. Beats doing kegel exercises all the time! Enjoy!

No it is not bad unless you have been declared as "high risk pregnancy" by your doctor. It is also not recommended if you suffer from CI (Cervical incompetence).
