my computer have a problem..when i put the computer on then i log in then the computer restart by itself and do it again and agian! it won't stop! i think it virus (a big one make my computer not work) if you know please tell me!

format the hard drive and reload the O/S on it'll be quicker than trying to solve it

it is more likely to be a driver issue. have you installed any new software recently. if so remove it. if it boots then you know that the software isn't working. Contact the software vendor. If this doesn't solve then boot up in safe mode ie press f8 just after the boot screen flashes past. Choose Start is safe mode.

Once into windows:

Start -> Run -> msconfig

In the last tab you will see startup

Deselect all and restart one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem. Remove that software and reinstall.

you need to get the friends place down lod xoftspy & ewido anti spywar then back them up on a cd (r) go home dont have your internet on just install xoftspy & ewido anti spywar
then do the scan they will remove any virus/trojan/spyware from your system
if you can download it on to your pc if you get time befor your pc restart do so then cut the net off install and scan

download xoftspy422 and install it then run it stop the scan and click on scan settings tick every box and click on where it says >> click here to select a folder then tick the (c) thats your hard drive if you have 2 hard drives tick the 2 of them then click ok
then click start when the scan is done click on remove tab

check the bios settings and also check the fan is running inside (processor fan) if temo is high it will auto shutdown, or change the smps

i know i had a problem similar to that when i first got my pc it turned out the "ram" was faulty, and they had to send the ram back and get a replacement.
