My daughter is 12 weeks old and going through the same thing. They are going through such big developmental changes at the moment and it is quite normal for sleep to be disturbed. Try increasing food intake during the day and make sure you have a good bedtime and naptime routine. Give him plenty of time to calm down in a darkened room before sleeping, with you holding but not rocking him. A bath before bedtime is a good way to wind down at the end of the day. Also try not to rush in too quickly when you hear him wake, you could be disturbing his sleep pattern and stopping him from sending himself back to sleep. White noise like a washing machine or vacuum cleaner can help, I think you can get cd's of these but not sure where from! Best of luck!

It seems like he is getting hungry sooner. Give him more food before putting him to sleep. That will send him into a deeper sleep so won't wake up any noise.

Are you creeping around to try and not wake him, if so he will wake at the slightest sound made, try to go about your everyday things as normal, as if he were not there.

Start running a fan in his room.
Don't tip toe around the house. Go through your day like normal.
