why single out muslims?....all religions with their notions of exclusive validity are the breeding grounds for all the fanatics who wreck havoc and violence towards those they perceive to be heathens and heretics

Most Christian bibles translate it as Thou shall not MURDER
(NIV, ASV, NKJV, KJV,ESV)
If it was not kill that would prevent us from self-defense and also from killing for food or for any reason.

why do gangbangers, cults, christians, people, etc.......not all muslims. please do research before you decide to judge the whole islamic religion. educate yourself before you make a fool out of yourself with the ignoranus question you ask.
