I've been with them for telephone calls for over 3 weeks now and they STILL have not transferred my Caller ID over from BT despite numerous telephone calls to people some of whom I can't understand as their accents are so thick. I spend hours waiting for them to answer as well and these calls are not free. I've tried emails too with no luck. I am not very impressed and considering reverting to BT.

I just wonder if other people have had the same experience.

"Tiscali" and "Customer Service" are an oxymoron, a direct contradiction in terms. See also Wannadoo (which should be called Wannabe).

All call centres the same. If you pick up the phone and you don't think you will get on with the person you are chatting with. Just say there is some one at the door and hang up and start again. We are all human, that person at the end of the phone my have just been screamed at by a customer and has not had time to recover before talking to you. Failing that. Ask to speak to the supervisor and tell them you want to talk to another adviser. It's not the company it's the person.
