New Orleans is still in a state of devastation. Only the downtown area and those above sea level have been restored completely, but, New Orleans being the party town it is has gone back to its normal way of life, only on a smaller scale.

I don't know havent been back, I live in New York now, and we got hit by a tornado!?. That is very rare in New York. Losts of places going to get hit, just a matter of time. This luxurious lifestyle we living in is going to kill us all slowly, nowhere will be safe,
its another familiar chapter
starts of in laughter ends up in disaster.
