Really embarrassing I know but we are big emailers in my office and someone has just asked me to fax something to them and I've got no idea how to do it! I feel too awkward asking someone around here about something so silly! Help!

Assuming you have the hardcopy page in your hand. Find the input slot on the machine. Place the page in the slot (look for a little icon near the input slot that will show if it goes face up or down). The machine may feed it in on its own, don't worry. Dial there fax number (a phone number the machine is connected to) and press send. You'll hear the machine dial the phone number and then a weird abnoxious sound as they are digitally connecting to eachother. Your document will feed through the machine if it hasn't already and end up sending a copy to the receiving machine. Your document will spit out back to you and the fax will hang up the line on its own. You now have sent a copy to them and it will print out of their machine.

Place the paper to be faxxed in the machine ususallly face down, then dial the number that it's goiong to be faxed to, press the fax start buttn and it should dial and go ahead and send it through, if not, IM me I will talk you through it!I had to teach myself. Of course you can always say " Hey what am I doing wrong this won't go through, I'm used to the other kind, can you help?" That way you look some what like you know what's going on. But try this method first at least try if you have problems then ask for help.

Put the bit of paper in (not sure which way it may have a diagram) type in the fax number & press "GO/Start"
Something like that anyway! Fax machines all differ slightly.
Don't be afraid to go ask for help. Not everyone there knew how to use the fax machine at first either so don't be embarrased to ask.

Real easy!! It's like a copy machine. You have paper in the fax. if you want to send a fax to someone else, you put the original on top, dial their phone number, they'll get the message. If you just want a copy, You don't dial any phone number, and click and you'll get your copy!!

We have one but I dont remember how to use it and I have to say i dont know where is it. It was ringing somewhere in the office 6 months ago but still i couldnt find it.

its really easy just load the document(s) and put n the # to send it to and hit the start button n off it goes!
