I think it depends on what you do, If you work for yourself you tend to more work like the paperwork, I have pulled two all nighters in the last week to do the paperwork for my small buisness but I do remember in high school pulling a few all nighters to get study done for a test the following morning.

about once a month, unless I plan ahead and don't procrastinate, which I try to do ntil something important comes up like shopping!
