For the other people who read this, I'm going to have a bash at what you are trying to ask.
You have been in love with a woman for 40years. Your parents want you to marry her, she on the other hand is angry. Your question is : What are you supposed to do.
My answer: You are a man, don't listen to your parents. If you and her want to marry, go ahead. But don't marry someone because your parents want you to, not after 40years!

Ok. Maybe I understood your question. You loved her for 40 years (or is she 40 years old?) yet you did nothing? Now you are going to marry your parents' choice (that's arranged marriage, I'd presuppose) and she is angry (with you or your parents?).
Possible choices:
Option 1: Marry as your parents wish and be done with filial obedience yet have a woman for an enemy for the rest of your life.
Option 2: Marry that woman and make her happy and disobey your parents and you'll be disowned by your family.
Option 3: Marry your parent's choice and fulfill filial obedience (while your lover is mad at you), then immediately divorce the wife and marry the woman you love (and your family fumes for your dishonoring them).
Whichever in the above options you choose, you lose (I'm sorry to say). Well, you can't will them all and all the time.

While putting any question, be clear as to what you need on what basis. Anyway, I do hope that you are going to marry your parents, but someone else only on the specific wanting of your parents.Your problem, I think is that the women with whom you had been in love for 40 years is angry on you getting married. Quite natural. Better you do whatever the situation permits, taking into account and reviewing each and every aspects involved, so that the beyond limit age of you getting married is not going to be disastrous! i think you should marry 40 yr old woman cause she is the one who you love.
Pls do favour to yourslef dont marry the girl of your parents choice becuase you dont love her and you will spoil her life if you marry her.
i know your parents wont understand you getting married to 40 yrs old, but u are not child, u can take your own decision tell that to yur parents.
Get marry to whom you love and becuase with whom your parents want u to get marry.

You are not clear in your statement. I can not tell if you are marrying the woman you have loved for forty years or marrying someone Else. Also, you are not clear as to why your parents are angry. Please, add more detail.
