Yes, many people lose their appetite, but many don't.
Don't worry about things like this. If you think that you may start to get morning sickness, switch those biscuits for ginger biscuits and just take each day as it comes.
It is possible to feel sick without actually being sick too- I had this for pretty much all of my pregnancy, I never once threw up, which was good since I'm terrified of vomiting.
I'm guessing that this is your first pregnancy, so one of the things you have to learn is: don't worry about things until they happen- you don't need the added stress when you are pregnant.
Congratulations, I wish you a happy, healthy pregnancy.

Every pregnancy is different. With my son I had no morning sickness, but was very hungry and very tired. With my daughter I was queasy for eight weeks and had more energy, but could only eat bread for that whole 8 weeks.
You will change soon, and some sort of craving will develop...the fluttering could be morning sickness, or gas, or possibly uterus movements as the tissue is starting to stretch.
Congratulations and good luck!

As a man I'm afraid I can't relate any experience, however as an expectant father (3 weeks to go!!!) I do know that morning sickness is and entirely personal experience which varies from violent illness throughout pregnancy to a few brief periods of nausea or indeed nothing at all.
It is recommended to eat a few dry crackers and sip water before you get out of bed or if you feel nauseous. I found that ginger biscuits worked well for my wife (ginger is a natural anti-emetic).
Hope this helps, and best wishes for a happy pregnancy.

At 8 weeks, the fluttering isn't the baby moving, it's gas. You're probably one of the lucky ones who avoids morning sickness. So is my best friend. As for feeling sick now, I think you over indulged on biscuits (I'm assuming those are cookies) and are paying the price of indigestion. You might want to cut back on the "junk" food and try to start up a healthy diet now. It'll be easier to stick to it once you REALLY start getting cravings. (For chocolate frosting right out of the can at 2am. lol) Good luck!! =)

I didnt suffer anymorning sickness with either of my 2 pregnancies so if your like me your one of the lucky ones. About your appetite eat whatever you feel. A pregnant womens cravings are sometimes caused by the body requring certain nutrients. With my first I craved oranges, cherries and watermelon and water so I guessI needed vitamin C and fibre. Good luck with your pregnancy and enjoy the experience.

Not all women suffer from morning sickness which is caused by the changes in the bodies chemistry. My wife just went off things and at time I had to force her to eat just to keep her energy up.
Everyone is different.

wow! 8 weeks and haven't been sick? count your blessings! i was sick the first 4 months with the first kid and 1 month with my 2nd. It could be you're getting sick of the same foods. Talk with your doctor.. and the fluttering? that's the baby moving!!!

Some people are lucky enough to never get morning sickness, but I would watch how much you eat. Or at least what you eat. Its easy to pack on baby weight.
