What about sheet music? Do libraries have that sort of thing? You could ask for songs and then copy the words. You could go into a music store and ask for these songs and just jot down the names of the songs, then try to find them either by downloading, or getting them through a library. The disco songs were popular then by the Bee Gees, lots of others. Also Janis Joplin, "Me and Bobby McGee", "Going on a Jetliner", one I love by Mariah Carey, "Can't Live Without You", others, "I can See Clearly Now", "Staying Alive", Bee Gees, "Roy Oberson", "Anything you Want", just any of his, they are great. Good Luck. Jimmie Hendrix "American Woman", then you can also get into the Stones songs, I think they were in the 70's... "I can't get no satisfaction", and others.
