If you have good budget (around 1 lakh for servers) go for IBM, HP Servers. They are brilliant. After sales support is also good.

For moderate budget, you can buy HP Desktops with Intel Pentium Duo core for server, P4 for Clients.
Monitors: SAMSUNG is best.
Keyboard and Mouse: Logitech
Networking products: D-Link
Printers: HP Lasers - they are the best.
