Whats the longest time after conception until you got a positive on a pregnancy test?

2 weeks is the soonest u can test but i do know alot of people that have not got a positive till like 5-6 weeks best bet is a blood test at the docters

Until the baby takes over which is usually during the 3rd month. Until that time it is depending on the yolk sack attached to the ovary for things like food, oxygen etc. Once the placenta is formed and working the HCG levels drop off and you just criuse on through.

According to my physician, you cannot be completely sure of a negative result on a pregnancy-test until five days after your period should've begun. That is app. 19 days after conception.

It's two weeks, give or take a day. If using an OTC test, there are some that can detect it as early as 5 days before your missed period. Good luck!!

It depends on the test, it can be anything from 2-3 weeks after your missed period. Your doctor can do it sooner than this if required.

some of these people dont know what they are talking about. Usually its two days before your missed period.....but........everyone's body is different and it takes much longer. My cousin made it to her sixth month of pregnancy and believe it or not, tests could not prove it, she had to have an actual ultrasound..........see so just wait it out

minimun of 8 weeks u need to detect pregnancy hormone in urine or blood

it varies in women as we are all different. i found out after a month, but I think you can find out as early as two weeks
