The only ones I would change are:
3. No graffitti
5. Stay off the grass
6. Do not damage the trees
I do not understand 4 - sorry! Perhaps just 'no littering'.

No.4 I think just means 'No litter' - looks like one of those dictionary errors, where 'seedcase' has been mistaken for 'wrapper' perhaps.
