Just open your mouth and speak, or write. There are chat rooms, however. This is mainly a question and answer type of thing. Get into the rules and see if you can send a email through Yahoo, and then if the person wants to respond, they will give you their personal email address.

JUST GO TO CHAT ROOM and create ur personal I.D and go into chat room select one topic and through the chat and enjoy with chating
