A buffalo hide can be one of 2 things. A sofa made from the hide of a buffalo (surprise!!) or a fabric called buffalo which can imitate leather quite well.
If it is leather then be sure to find a specialist leather cleaning company Leather Training & Technical Dept on 01423 881027 have a referral system for technicians that they have trained.
If it is fabric contact the NCCA or IICRC for names of reputable cleaners in your area.

Be careful look into the yellow pages and talk to some specialist
Cleaning companies.Mostly they will know of people that specialise in certain processes .
