I LOVE them all but i guess if i had to pick an episode i would have to go with teh season finale of teh second season. But i can't wait until the third season starts, it's less than a month away!

Either Pilot Part 1(great episode), "Exodus Part 3" or "Numbers". All from the first season.

I would have to say my favorite episode was when Boone and Lock found that plain, it sucked that Boone died but it was a good episode.
