don't smoke now, but did years ago. Think it should be decriminalized if your in the privacy of your own home. Not sure how it would be legalized, govt. taxing it when who would buy taxed govt.grown stuff if was legal you could grow your own. But wasting the peoples tax money to lock up someone for a joint, is rediculous. Put them in there w/murderers and rapists makes no sense to me. They need to spend the money and time going after the Meth labs and meth dealers instead!!!!

Because people should be allowed to do what they want. I really don't see any thing wrong with weed, It is good for nausea relaxing, and it is natural. It would be easier to get and it would be taxed so the man could make a dollar, to help people who feel they need it. Instead of putting people in jail. Costing the tax payer
money. It is a lot safer that alcohol. That is what should be illegal.

more people die from alcohol related deaths than any drug. Can you imagine how many people are rotting away in prison because of posession of pot. It will never happen because it's big business to lock drug users and dealers than anything else. I feel sorry for all those poor bastards, but oh well. Everyone seem to be on ritalin, pazil, zoloft, and a million other drugs and those are legal? I better stop here. Of course it should be legal!!!!!!!!

The last thing America needs is something to make us more apathetic. It should not be legalized if only because there is no arguement in favor of legalization that makes sense when you're not stoned

Marijuana is a drug!!! it burns all your brain cells. perhaps after trying marijuana, you'll want to try cocaine? And you'r life is going down the drain. If you have a good job, family, kids, nice car, you might lose everything including your wife, and for what? for a drug?

All of europe are big pot smokers and legalization is working perfect in a few of our countries so we should all be like a big marijuana continent!

Yes. In fact, all drugs should be legalized.
It's your choice to put whatever you like into your body.
And **** the government for the whole "Dangerous" approach.
Cigarettes - Dangerous - Legal
Alcohol - Dangerous - Legal.
