Most mammals, for the most part, break down food in similar ways. What kind of dog food is he eating, and what kind of food are you eating? If you feed him meaty wet dogfood, and you've been taking daily trips to BK, then your stomachs are breaking down, and releasing gases from like foods.

But I think, u have some gastric problem...
& u might be a bit healthier than normals..
U have eaten some thing which creates gas.....
