If you think your going to have a good day then you will. The mistake is when something goes wrong one day which it inevitably does, and you end up thinking that the rest of the day is going to be bad.

if you believe that you are going to have a good day it will improve your luck and make it good - your attitudes to the begining of the day dictate the type of day you will have - every morning i say today is a good day and mostly they are

i belive you make your day as good or as bad as you want it to be, if you wake up in a good mood then genreally you will have a nice rest of the day but get up unhappy and in for a bit of a miserable day, but dont let this get you down just pick yourself up and say sod it, i wont let the bad day get to me hope your day is a good one x
