Well, your opinions are a bit of both, and I agree with most everything you said. I'm a Republican because I'm a Christian and I believe in prayer in school, teaching both creationism and evolution, posting the Ten Commandments, supporting the traditional family, protecting the lives of the unborn, gun rights (although I agree there should be some restrictions) and in having a strong military. Democrats are the opposite of all these positions.
However, I do think that Democrats are much more likely to support raising the minimum wage and looking out for the working man. I agree with them on both these points, but I suppose the other issues are more important to me.

you are probably a republican.
the difference is that dems tend to be more liberal and reps more conservative. if you looked at the civil war the north was democrat and the south republican. there is no true way to know what you are or clear cut definition of either one. the best is to stay in the middle and choose on the individual issue. if you voted for bush, which you probably did, you are not only and idiot supporter you are also republican.

Our men would be there no matter which party was president.
I personally register and non partisan. I vote for the person and not the party. I don't like the fact that the two main parties do so much fighting and they ignore some of the big issues.
You souod like u are more a republican.

its easy to be confused by this. it is why both republicans and democrates are essentially the same. their goal is to confuse people with opposing views on issues that are grand in scale. many times, both sides are correct depending soley on opinion. it is a ploy to keep us from spending time thinking about what a failure they both are year in and year out. if we did that we would probably revolt like many populations did in the past, before the rise of mass communication. its probably a better idea to be independant and vote for the individuals you feel are the most responsible and capable of actually solving problems on the ground.
