2. Drink soda. I always crave soda pop in the middle of the night. I have been known to go to the fridge and gulp out of the two liter at 4am.

Almost never normally, barring while in worried, rarely to go using bathroom. I prefer to sleep only after completing all other specific necessary things usually to avoid any urges in order to have sound sleep, which I get, no problem while in sleep at all. Nothing.
