Does anyone know anything about this?
There is a possibility I have it - and need natural remedies rather than medical intervention - if possible

I was told I have PCSO when I was 16. I was told to go on the pill and by the time I was 21 I didn't have it any more. Eating healthily and getting plenty of exercise always helps if you are over weight you have more chance of developing it but if you loose weight symptoms are reduced and sometimes go away all together. also I did a course of acupuncture - I have included a link to a helpful site it tells you about acupuncture as a treatment for pcos

PCOS can make it difficult to conceive, but doesn't always.

It is frequently associated with being overweight - in that case, a natural remedy is to lose weight.
