I liked the guy, but still upset from the fact that Michael Jackson because he looks different gets reamed for the rest of his life showing his baby to fans outside a window, and Irwin dangles his baby in front of a life threatening animal, and you only hear about it for a month at the most. But nobody deserves to die the way he did, but I also think he knew the risks he was taking when he took them on. I feel he got to a point where he gave in too much trust in wild animals, you can't do that no matter how much experience you have had.

The media here in the US seem to maliciously delight in showing scenes of this great man being bitten, stung, mauled etc. instead of projecting positive, dignified images as an accompaniment to their continuing coverage of his untimely demise. I find this reprehensible.
