oh, those are called "ghetto daggers"..I usually see them on poor, black women (this is based on my personal sightings, not intended to be racially profiling) or white, trailer park whore, women.
I saw one young black woman working the register at a Burger King with these long nails that had pieces of USA paper money glued on them!
