pale skin is IN!!
Don't go ruining it with fake tans etc. they look really... well, fake.
That orange Lindsay Lohan look is just plain skanky lookin.
Instead make your look match your skin. Burlesque is coming back in fashion in a huge way and that 50's pin up look is hot with pale skin and dark hair. If you ever want tattoos, they look so much better on pale skin too. It may not be your thing but no matter what your style, it is better to work with what you have. Dye your hair a rich colour to contrast your skin and make your eyes stand out. Don't try to look like those hollywood skank types, be individual.
Growing up in a tropical place, I had no real choice but to get tanned skin and I hate it now. I try to stay out of the sun to get a paler skin but its too late for me. You are lucky!

A sun screen with a SPF rating of 15 or better.
Then bathe in the sun for 15 min a day for 1 week.
Then 25 min a day for 1 week.
Then 35 min a day for one week.
Then 20 min every two days to maintain.
Use dark sunglasses, and a good skin moisturizer.
Sun light is essential for metabolizing of vitamin D.
Avoid sun exposure during solar flares.

Why do you want to make your skin fake tanned? Pale skin can be very beautiful. Look at Lily Cole! She's absolutely gorgeous (I'm jealous! lol) and she's pale. Be proud of your pale skin!

FAIR SKIN IS BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE PALE SKIN, BUT YES, SOMETIMES I WOULD LIKE IT A LITTLE TANNED. I DON'T LIKE GOING OUT IN THE SUN OR THA SELF TAN PRODUCTS THAT ARE FOR HOME USE. I FOUND OUT THE SPRAY TAN- U GET A LITTLE DARKER SKIN FROM GOING ONCE, EACH TIME MAKES IT DARKER, SO U CAN DECIDE WHEN U WANNA STOP AND WHEN UR SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. AND UR PALMS DON'T GET ORANGE- BROWN!!!

Get yourself one of those new body moisturisors with a bit of self tan in them... in OZ Johnson & Johnson make one, and so does Dove.

Theyre great for pale skin because they gradually darken over time, the more you use them so you can regulate how dark you get.
