You can buy a product called "Goo Gone" at most stores like Walmart, Kmart, hardware stores, etc. It works very well to get the sticker off and then just wash the window as usual to get that stuff off.

Vinegar???? Skin so Soft???? These people are idiots. Use lacquer thinner or acetone on a paper towel. Nail polish remover has acetone but also has oil in it. And is an expensive way to use acetone. Only about $3 a quart at paint store or home center.

Try De-Solv-it citrus solution... soak whatever residue is left with the fluid and then scrape the slime off with a razor blade or putty knife... should come off easily. This liquid remover can be purchased at Wal-Mart near the cleaning supplies.

try wd-40 or goo-gone, let it soak
if it is the kind law enforcement sticks on the let it soak several times before scraping with blade.
