How to control our Brain at will??

In today’s modern world, most human societies are rapidly evolving. This evolution goes hand in hand with scientific discoveries being made in the areas of technology, sociology, human behavior, and...medicine. In day by day we are going to mad! So how to control our brain at will???

Progress of human civilization as you have outlined cannot be stalled and people should learn to adjust to the rapid changes taking place around them in the world.

As for the ability to control one's brain at wll, it depends to a great extent on self-control. Meditation can help one attain perfection in that direction.

One way may be to think three-dimensionally about issues bothering us so that negative hyper-emotions do notbadly depress us. For instance, if a well-known news show said the sun was overheating we may have a tendency to suddenly be overcome with an emotion of fear and dread. Instead I think we should think to ourselves three-dimensionally,"Why would the sun overheat in the year 2006. Through hypothesising to ourselves we would see the ridiculousness of it, that it was only a theory and the dark emotion would fail to consume our emotions

Try controlling your thoughts and you will see how difficult it is..or even better try to "freeze " your brain by not thinking about anything..It is controlling your brain but it is very difficult
