I do believe the idea of different universes and overlapping dimensions comes purely from science fiction. The old "they're hear but they can't see or hear us" Hollywood thing.
Another source is Albert Einstein's theory about worm holes which are areas of space so twisted and so dense they warp the space between two points rendering the distance a lot closer. That I believe is logic since it comes from a logic person. Thus I don't have a clue about the existence of any arguments suppoorting this wild thoery.
Thus in my opinion, it's quite possible that multiple universes exist and that's quite logic since we first thought our eearth was the only planet then we discovered millions of others, same goes for the stars, our solar system, and galaxies. And it probably will go for our universe pretty soon... Multiple universes that reign in a huge cosmos. Good idea.

Oh I believe. I remember using the pv=rnt formular to specular how the sum of the universe is zero and baby universes are always poping in and out of existence on a college final for extra credit. I was flunking that class until the cummulative final. That crazy universe answer gave me 5 points and push a D+ to a C- and I didn't have to retake that class.

Well the concept of multiverse is THEORITICAL PHYSICS.Uptil now there isnt any proof of it.and scientists argue that there never will be.because there is no possible way to come into contact with another dimension or universe...So chances are it will always remain SPECULATIVE.

I don't really understand those theories so maybe I should keep my mouth shot. But it seems to me that our own universe is already too big for us too see all of it, let alone to travel it. So I think it doesn't really matter what, if anything, is beyond it.

The universe is, by definition, everything that exists. So, there can be only one.
